Car Wash, Automatic or Commercial?

A car wash is a place used to wash the inside and/or the outside of vehicles. In most cases, car washes are self-serve, meaning, they do not have a staff that works on cars. A full service car wash, on the other hand, may have a staff that works to wash vehicles as well as doing other services. The facilities that offer car washes also have cleaning services such as making sure floors and other surfaces are clean after each car is washed.

Car Wash, Automatic or Commercial?

Many of the commercial car wash services are located in busy areas or near airports, shopping malls, highways, and freeways. Some of the services offer packages that include cleaning and detailing, drying, polishing, waxing, cleaning windows, and other services that car owners may want done to their vehicles. Some of these services also offer insurance protection. For those interested in washing their own vehicles at home, many local car wash services provide services such as detail every vehicle before the customer arrives and provides information about how to wash a car and such.

In most instances, an automatic car wash may take a day or less if it is extremely dirty. However, it depends on what chemicals are used in the wash as well as how clean the car is when it goes to the wash shop. Some car washes offer special deals that include automatic washes as well as touch-ups if the car washed is really dirty and doesn’t smell like it’s been cleaned yet. Other optional packages may include painting, upholstery, and other services that can only be done when a car is washed at the car wash.
